Thanks for completing our puppy adoption application.  At first glance, you might be thinking "sheesh, this is a little long - are all of these questions really necessary?  I know, because I thought the same thing when we got our first Vizsla.  We take extreme care of your puppy before he/she goes home.  We socialize, play and handle each of them.  They are all vet checked for heath and we have the entire litter temperament tested to ensure perfect fit within their new families.  We love every puppy we produce and hope you love your puppy too.

 

Every Famiy is different, and there are no right or wrong answers.  We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to be a superhero and quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy.  Every family has different needs, and this application helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit.  If you are a veteran Vizslsa owner, we do not want to waste your time regaling things you already know; by the same token, if this is your first puppy or first Vizsla, we want to make sure you leave prepared for what life with a new puppy may bring.  So again, thank you!

 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you live to far to drive to pick up a puppy yourself, it is important to know that we do not ship puppies in air cargo.  Doing so would be terribly frightening to such a young dog - even if everything goes well.  You will need make arrangements or fly here to pick your puppy up.  At 8 weeks of age, a Vizsla puppy should easily fit in a specialized pet travel bag that slides beneath the seat in front of you.  Realize that today, all airlines charge to take a puppy on board a plane so be prepared for that fee as well.
